1The service

BifrostX is maintained by Bengal Web Solution. It provides online video meetings and related tools (chat, whiteboard, polls, file sharing, scheduling, recording). We may improve, change or remove features, and we will tell you about changes that matter. Guests can join a meeting without an account; hosts need an account.

2Your account

• Give accurate information. Each account has its own mobile number, and one number belongs to one account.
• Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us at once if you think someone else has got in.
• Do not share an account between people, and do not create accounts to get around a limit or a suspension.

3Using BifrostX responsibly

You agree not to use the service to:

• break the law or help someone else to;
• harass, threaten, defraud or impersonate anyone, or share content that is unlawful, abusive, or sexually exploits or endangers children;
• send spam, or attack, overload or probe the service or other people's accounts;
• record or share other people's meetings, voices, images or data without the consent the law requires.

We may remove content, end meetings, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules or put others at risk.

4Meetings, recordings and content

You own what you bring into a meeting. You give us permission to process and store it only as needed to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. Hosts decide who joins and are responsible for having the consent they need before they record; BifrostX shows everyone a recording notice. You must have the rights to anything you share.

5Plans, prices and payment

• BifrostX has a Free plan and paid plans (currently Rise, Plus and Pro) with the limits shown on the Pricing page. Verified profile badges are a separate paid product.
• Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude GST, which is added at checkout and shown on your invoice.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay, our payment gateway, on its own secure checkout. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank details. By paying you also accept Razorpay's terms for the payment.
• Paid plans and verification are available only once we open them; until then the Pricing page says so.
• Subscriptions continue until you cancel them. You keep what you paid for until the end of the period you paid for.
• We may offer a plan at no charge for a stated period; it ends when that period ends or if the account breaks these terms.
• We may change plans and prices for the future, and we will tell you before a change reaches you. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.

6Verified profile

A verified badge means we checked the identity or organisation behind an account at the time of review, using the information and documents you gave us. It is not an endorsement of the person or what they say. We may remove a badge if the information turns out to be false, if the account breaks these terms, or if it is not renewed.

7Availability and warranty

We work to keep BifrostX running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. The service is provided as it is, to the extent the law allows. Video quality depends on your network and device.

8Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, data or business, arising from the use of BifrostX. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9Ending the relationship

You can stop using BifrostX at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or the law, or if we have to stop offering the service; where we can, we will tell you first and give you the chance to retrieve your recordings.

10Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; when the change matters, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and tell signed-in users. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute. Questions: [email protected].
