Delete your account
You can delete your BifrostX account yourself, in a minute, from the website or the Android app. It is permanent.

1How to delete it
- On the website: sign in, open Account, then Security, and choose Delete account. You confirm with your password (or a code we text you if you sign in without a password) and by typing DELETE.
- In the Android app: open Account and choose Delete account. It asks for the same confirmation.
- By email: if you cannot sign in, write to [email protected] from the email address or mobile number on the account and we will do it for you.
2What is deleted
- Your profile, your sign-in details (password, passkeys, authenticator app) and every session.
- Every meeting you host, with its chat, attendance, polls, notes, whiteboard, captions, shared files and recordings. Meetings that are running end for everyone.
- Your identity documents and the answers of any verified-badge application, and the badge itself.
- Your billing details (business name and GSTIN) and your push-notification devices.
- Your name on other people's meetings (chat lines, attendance, captions) becomes “Deleted user”. Those meetings belong to their hosts.
3What we keep, and why
Indian tax law requires us to keep invoices and payment records. They stay, with what the invoice itself says, and are used for nothing else. We also keep one line that says an account was deleted, with a one-way hash instead of your name, email or number, so we can answer you if you ask whether it was done.
A paid plan is cancelled immediately when you delete the account. There is no refund for the unused time.
4Before you go
Deleting cannot be undone, and we cannot restore anything afterwards. If you only want a break, you can simply stop using BifrostX. Questions? Write to [email protected].
