HD meetings
Video, screen sharing, chat, reactions and a raise-hand queue, in the browser on any device.
Meetings that stay simple
BifrostX is a video meeting service built to get out of your way: open a link, talk, share, and get on with the work. It runs in your browser, on any device, with nothing to install.
What you can do
Everything a working meeting needs, in one room.
Whiteboard and notes
Sketch and write together in real time, saved with the meeting.
Breakout rooms
Split a meeting into groups and bring everyone back with one click.
Live polls
Ask, vote and watch results update. Export them as a CSV afterwards.
File sharing
Send a file straight to one person, or share it with the whole meeting.
Scheduling and history
Calendar invitations, recordings with consent, and a record of who attended.
How a meeting goes
Start a meeting
Sign in and press New meeting. You get a short code like abc-defg-hij.
Share the link
Guests open it and join with just a name. Turn on the waiting room if you want to admit people yourself.
Meet and get on with it
Talk, present, draw, vote and split into groups. The host stays in control throughout.
What makes it different
Made for India
Sign in with your mobile number, pay in rupees with GST invoices, and use it from any phone or laptop.
Hosts pay, guests never do
The people you invite join with just a name. Only the host's plan matters.
Everything in the room is included
Whiteboard, polls, breakout rooms and end-to-end encryption are on every plan, including Free.
Our own video servers
Your meetings run on infrastructure we operate, not on a reseller's platform.
