This page states the Refund Policy of this website (“BifrostX”). By using this website you are automatically accepting the refund policy. Please read this page carefully. If you do not accept the Refund Policy stated here, we would request you to exit this site. The business, any of its business divisions and / or its subsidiaries, associate companies or subsidiaries to subsidiaries or such other investment companies (in India or abroad) reserve their respective rights to revise these rules at any time by updating this posting. You should visit this page periodically to re-appraise yourself of the Refund Policy, because they are binding on all.

Refund Eligibility

While purchasing a plan, if an user's payment succeeds but due to any technical error, the subsequent changes fails to be implemented to the account, then the user will automatically receive a refund between 5 and 10 business days. The refund ID will also be visible on user's screen at that very moment. However, if the auto-refund system too fails, then the user can contact us and we shall either process a 100% refund or process the premium activation as per user's demand, in this scenario.

Refund Ineligibility

Once a payment from an user is processed and the subsequent premium facilities are enabled for that account, no refund requests will be accepted. Also note that, we are not charging the users on a subscription basis; therefore, whenever a payment is made, we shall always assume that the payment was done with user's conscent. And the user cannot claim it later on.
